Free2move will provide a communication channel (email, slack) where Free2move will provide pro-actively information about any major outages which have an impact for the Partner.
Maintenances
Free2move will inform the partner through email or slack about planned maintenances.

In case the outage has not been reported via the aligned communication channel, Free2move provides a telephone number with a 24x7 service.
If you can find a notification in the channel one or more teams within Free2move have been already informed by our monitoring and are already involved to resolve the issue.
Minor issues
Free2move is not to be involved for non critical issues, bug reports, feature requests etc. using the provided phone number inside or outside of business hours.
An appropriate, aligned communication channel shall be used in this case.
